Visa & Security

Being one of the world's most famous paradises, about 5 million foreign tourists travel to Indonesia each year. Although the United States Government has previously issued a warning against travel to Indonesia this was lifted as of May 2008 and Indonesia remains a safe place to travel.

Travelers wishing to visit Bali do not need to be concerned about the security situation on the island. The Bali administration, authorities, and people have given assurance that the Island remains as safe and enjoyable as ever. Bali, also known as the island of the Gods, is a deeply spiritual island. The peace and harmony of the island remains a steadfast foundation of Balinese life. Travelers will not only experience the beauty of the Balinese nature and culture, but will also feel the warmth of Balinese people.

Since the government of Indonesia has changed its visa policy for foreign tourists, please read the following when you are planning your trip.
